BOTOX® Cosmetic
BOTOX® Cosmetic is used to help diminish lines that occur in the facial area including the forehead, glabella (between the eyebrows), and the crow’s feet (side of eyes). Botox temporarily disables the muscles that cause unsightly wrinkles in the face. It is often used in conjunction with facial fillers that are used to fill fine lines and wrinkles. Results typically last three to six months. The procedure has minimal discomfort and patients can return to activities that day. This procedure is done in the office setting with little or no recovery time.
